On 29 May 1999, NATO bombed residential blocks in the Belgrade municipality of Banjica, killing 12 civilians.
Victims
12 civilians were killed, mostly families:
- The Petrović family (4 members)
- The Nikolić family (3 members)
- 5 individual victims
No military purpose
There were no military facilities in Banjica. This was a pure attack on the civilian population.
